In the early hours of November 19, 1953, a man plunged to his
death from 10 floors above the streets of Manhattan. Things
like this happen in a city as large as New York, however, this

officer Frank Olson. Olson had recently participated in trial
tests given by the Central Intelligence Agency which was experimenting
with their new wonder drug - LSD! Using material culled from
educational "drug scare" films, National Archive,
Ford Presidential Library photos, and recently declassified

CIA's history with their LSD program known as MK-ULTRA amd traces
the Frank Olson case, tying it to recent developments that reach
into some of the highest offices in the US government.

The
Observer
Description:
Fairhaven, Massachusetts,
is a classic New England commercial fishing town. It is also
the home to The Observer, a local newspaper, infamous for reporting
on bad weather news, both on land and worse, the stories that
take fisherman's lives out on the sea. Do
Dead Men Really Tell Tales? Well, in Fairhaven, most of
the tales are told by a woman with a special gift to another
woman whose job at The Observer is to report and write this
news to locals. Mandy, the reporter, is sure to count on three
things this stormy, chilling and frightening night: she won't
be able to sleep, her husband Richard will also be wide awake
and her personal source and informant Lydia McCaffrey will be
waiting next door in the middle of the night to tell a tale
of the living…or of the dead.
