Submission Info 2012

The annual Woods Hole Film Festival accepts short and feature length narrative, documentary, experimental, and animated films or videos. New media or multimedia projects will also be considered for a special portion of the Festival. Running time for features is not less than 40 minutes, shorts not more than 40 minutes.

Woods Hole Film Festival 2012 FAQs

Festival Dates: Saturday, July 28 through Saturday, August 4, 2012

Film Submission Deadline: Early - March 1, 2012 (discount available); Regular- April 1st (discount available); Late: May 1, 2011 (Withoutabox Submissions Only); Extended (WAB Submissions only); May 15, 2012.

Screenplay Submission Deadline: Early - March 1, 2012 (discount available); Regular - April 1, 2011; Extended - April 10, 2012. No submissions beyond this date (Screenplay submissons only through Withoutabox).

Notification - no later than July 1, 2012 via email or through Withoutabox. Please make sure all contact information is accurate through the end of the Festival.

Filmmakers who have submitted their work should expect notification beginning on or around June 1, 2012 regarding their selection for the Festival. The Woods Hole Film Festival may begin notification prior to that date.

Screenwriters who have submitted their work should expect notification on or around July 1, 2012 about the status of their submission. The Woods Hole Film Festival may begin notification prior to that date.
